How long does it take to ship my items?
Once payment for your order has been successful, Butterfly Publishing prepares your order and arranges shipping either on the day of purchasing or the next business day. We use Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fastway Couriers and Sendle. There are currently delivery delays due to factors out of Butterfly Publishing’s control. However we can provide delivery status updates if required. Please email us your Order Number and we will look into it for you.
When can I expect my download link?
Once payment for your digital products has been successful, you will receive an email straight away from [email protected] with download instructions. Please check your spam, clutter or junk folders.
Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original shipping packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (see Returns below).
The following goods are non-returnable:
- Gift vouchers
- Downloadable products (eg. printables, ebooks)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 20 days after delivery.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What happens if my order is damaged in transit?
We package our books using stiff cardboard cartons designed specifically to hold books. These minimise or completely stop any damage during transit. In the rare chance your book/s arrive damaged, follow the Returns instructions below. We will follow up with the shipping partner directly and arrange a replacement to be sent out to you at Butterfly Publishing’s expense.

To begin the returns process, please email [email protected] with the following:
- Name of purchaser
- Date purchased
- Order number
- Reason for return
- If damage has occurred, please include photographs to help us follow up
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
If we assess your email enquiry and require the item to be returned, you will be provided an address to post to at your expense. Local drop off to postcode 3429 can be arranged. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If applicable, a refund (less the shipping costs paid), will be applied to your original method of payment immediately or within a few days.
Replacement of faulty products are shipped at Butterfly Publishing’s expense. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you may vary.
